1. Ordinance No. 912 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 6, SECTION 1, SALARIES OF ELECTIVE OFFICERS, OF THE HAVRE CITY CODE.

2. Resolution No. 3828 - A RESOLUTION ASSESSING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR FAILURE TO PAY A REASONABLE CHARGE FOR NUISANCE WEED CONTROL ON THEIR PROPERTY UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SECTION 9-6-7 OF THE HAVRE CITY CODES.

3. Confirmation of Officer Jayce Barclay as a Patrol Officer with the Havre Police Department.

4. Approval of September Claims and Manual Warrants.
