2. Approve Stormdrain/Bullhook Project Contractor’s Draw #6 in the Amount of $269,794.69. 3. Accept the Community Development Block Grant Award for the Eagles Manor in the Amount of $47,500.

4. Confirm Mayor’s Proclamation Making February 9-16, 2020 “National Scouts BSA Week”.

5. Approval of January Claims and Manual Warrants.
