4. Resolution No. 3823 (first reading) - A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MAINTAINING STREETS FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021.

5. Resolution No. 3824 (first reading) - A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS TO DEFRAY THE COST OF BULL HOOK MAINTENANCE FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2020- 2021.
