1. Resolution No. 3788 – A RESOLUTION ASSESSING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR FAILURE TO PAY A REASONABLE CHARGE FOR NUISANCE WEED CONTROL ON THEIR PROPERTY UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SECTION 9-6-7 OF THE HAVRE CITY CODES.

2. Consider Request from Friends of the Havre Animal Shelter to allow a variance to City Ordinance 6-2-15 “Prohibiting Animals in City Parks”, by allowing dogs in Pepin Park from 2:00 -6:00 p.m. on September 29 for a fundraiser.
