4. Friends of the Havre Animal Shelter request for Variance to City Ordinance to allow dogs in Pepin Park from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on August 14.

5. Request from the Palace Bar to barricade the Alley between 2nd and 3rd Avenues behind the Palace Bar on September 18th for a Cornhole Tournament with alcohol sales.

6. Approval of Independence Bank Pledged Securities for Quarter ending June 30,2021.
